Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Thiru. S. Joseph Vijay has ordered the formation of an Expert Advisory Committee under the Tamil Nadu Disaster Risk Reduction Agency (TNDRRA) to scientifically assess the impacts of severe El Nino and undertake necessary precautionary and disaster management measures.
