Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University has cancelled the temporary affiliation and additional student intake for the 2025-2026 academic year of three private law colleges (Thulasi Women's Law College, S. Thangapazham Law College, Mugil Law College) due to their failure to obtain timely approval from the Bar Council of India and non-compliance with university regulations. A committee will be formed to safeguard the interests of admitted students.
