Presenceless Registration - Daily online consultation meeting and process explanation to resolve doubts

The Tamil Nadu Registration Department is introducing mandatory "Presenceless Registration" for the first sale of flats and plots starting August 17, 2026. Daily online consultation meetings are being held to address doubts from promoters, bankers, and financial institutions regarding this new process.
