Today (8.6.2026), at the Secretariat, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Thiru. S. Joseph Vijay presented a cheque for Rs. 50 lakh as a high incentive on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority to Grandmaster R. Praggnanandhaa, who made history by becoming the first Indian to win the title in the Norway Chess 2026 series held in Oslo, the capital of Norway.
